The menu features traditional cuisine with a creative twist. In creating the menu, the Sahara chefs chose to keep timeless favorites, such as the tender New York Strip Steak and succulent Australian lobster tail. Other selections include: the signature rib-eye served on the bone; double lamb chops served with rosemary mint glaze; medallion of veal prepared Picatta, Franchaise or Marsala; and roast prime rib of beef au jus (22 oz., 12 oz and Cajun style 12 oz.); as well as chicken and a variety of seafood entrees. Each entree includes a choice of soup du jour or salad, and a baked potato or fresh garlic mashed potatoes.
The menu includes a variety of appetizers, soups, salads and sides to compliment the entr√�es. Favorites include escargot; lobster bisque stuffed Portobello mushrooms and roasted crab cakes.
